How to
use
Draw a line from the inner to outer corner of
eyelid.Glide pencil from inner corner to outer corner of the eye, keeping the
pencil close to the lash line.For a smudged-out look, use the Smudger Brush
and blend out the liner before it sets.
Sharpen as
needed.
